Ho portato loro un pc assemblato, con pezzi nuovi e non danneggiati ma problemi all'avvio. Al mio tentativo di spiegare il problema per evitare inutili spese mi han liquidato con uno 'smonto e rimonto il tutto', senza nemmeno dare uno sguardo al pc. Questo è valso evidentemente a giustificare gli 80 euro che mi son stati richiesti alla restituzione. Il computer non aveva nessun problema che giustificasse una tale spesa, trattandosi al massimo di qualche collegamento errato, come l'impiegato stesso ha cercato di giustificare alla consegna (del tipo una ram non ben montata, la ventola della cpu non stretta bene, parole sue queste). Non avrei mai portato ad un tecnico un pc del quale ho acquistato i pezzi sul web per risparmiare se, non essendo per nulla nuovo a queste cose, non fossi stato certo che il loro intervento sarebbe dovuto costarmi qualche decina di euro al massimo. L' essere un nuovo cliente li ha evidentemente giustificati nel fregarmi. Disonesti! Very disappointing experience, I obviously pay for not being in the area. I brought them an assembled pc, with new and undamaged parts but problems at startup. At my attempt to explain the problem to avoid unnecessary expenses, they have dismissed me with a 'dismantling and remounting everything', without even looking at the PC. This evidently was worth justifying the 80 euros I was asked to return. The computer had no problem justifying such an expense, since it was at most some incorrect connection, as the employee himself tried to justify on delivery (such as a ram not well assembled, the CPU fan did not tighten well, his words these). I would never have brought a technician to a computer of which I bought the pieces on the web to save if, not being at all new to these things, I had not been sure that their intervention would have cost me a few dozen euros at most. Being a new customer has obviously justified them in rubbing me. Dishonest!
