★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camere nuove e pulite, ottima accoglienza, posizione piu' che ottima nel centro storico, permette di visitare tutti i luoghi, musei, chiese importanti di Napoli oltre ad un mare di localini....ad un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla staziome centrale, a pochi passi da Napoli sotterranea....ecc ecc.....?
New and clean rooms, excellent hospitality, more than excellent location in the historic center, allows you to visit all the places, museums, important churches of Naples as well as a sea of little clubs .... a quarter of an hour walk from the station central, a few steps from underground Naples .... etc etc ..... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un muy buen sitio donde hospedarse. Nosotros estuvimos 3 días por 150€. Todo estaba ordenado. Limpio. Wi-fi funciona bien. Y los desayunos eran gratis en un bar de al lado. El trato fue gratificante. En la misma calle hay muchas pizzerías muy, muy buenas ("Donna Sofia" está genial como local). Y la chica que nos ayudó con la habitación fue muy amable. ¡Gracias, Lucía! Y nada, eso, espero que os sea útil la información.?
A very good place to stay. We stayed 3 days for € 150. Everything was ordered. Cleansed. Wi-fi works well. And the breakfasts were free at a bar next door. The treatment was rewarding. In the same street there are many very, very good pizzerias ("Donna Sofia" is great as a local). And the girl who helped us with the room was very friendly. Thanks, Lucia! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato per 11 tramite booking e il giorno prima mi chiama il proprietario mi dice che c è un errore per i posti letto raccontandoci bugie su errori vari obbligandoci per l imminente viaggio con bambini a prendere una stanza in piu che con la fattura finale booking sentendo il servizio clienti ci prometteva il rimborso. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno il proprietario ne visto ne sentito e niente fattura il pagamento in nero ad una ragazzina che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo notturno. Evitate truffa in comunella con booking
I booked for 11 through booking and the day before the owner calls me and tells me that there is an error for the beds telling us lies about various errors forcing us for the upcoming trip with children to take an extra room than with the final booking invoice hearing customer service promised us a refund. For the entire duration of the stay the owner has seen and heard of it and nothing bills the black payment to a girl who welcomed us on our arrival at night. Avoid scam in common with booking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a reservation 26 days before, but just 16 hours before I have to check in it was cancelled by the owner. What is more, he has contacted me the day before the check in because my time of arrival, and he didn't tell me anything he was going to do so.
I don' t recommend this place, unless you love big risks and lack of empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like other reviews said, the owner canceled on us when we arrived. It didn't even give us a reason. Owner of the apartment can only speak Italian. No English.
We have to call around to find another lodging.
I don' t recommend this place.
