Gentilezza,pazienza,disponibilità e solarità come descrivere il proprietario Eros,gentile e disponibile anche solo al telefono. Ha un approccio molto empatico sia con i cagnolini che con noi umani. Personalmente ho utilizzato le vasche fai da te e le ho trovate pulite e in ordine. Nell'ufficio c'è anche un piccolo negozietto dove poter acquistare prodotti per i nostri pelosoni. Mi ha spiegato tutto per bene e la sera sono riuscita a entrare senza problemi. Il mio cane risulta pulito come non mai, ha degli ottimi prodotti e l’aspirazione ha permesso di portare via tantissimo pelo in più che con un semplice lavaggio mi avrebbe perso successivamente in casa. Malgrado io sia all’ottavo mese di gravidanza e con un cane di 30 kg non ho fatto particolare fatica negli spostamenti. Sono molto soddisfatta, anche del prezzo.
