Per serramenti esterni e porte interne per una nuova costruzione (premetto che sm impresa edile e quindi un papabile cliente anche per futuro) e mi chiedono di contattare più punti per aver almeno 2-3 quotazioni. Contatto ufficio Torino, chiedo se pox ricevere preventivo e inviare richiesta via mail... Risponde una signora gentilissima che mi consiglia di scrivere via mail ad un suo collega che lavora nella filiale di Via Bava e che si occupa di questi prodotti. Dopo una decina di giorni, non ricevendo alcuna risposta, lo contatto per chiedere se aveva visto la richiesta e sollecitare il preventivo. Mi risponde che assolutamente senza andare in Showroom da lui, non Avrebbe fatto nessun preventivo. Gli chiedo e faccio notare che sm un'azienda.. In modo molto sbrigativo e poco "disponibile" mi ribadisce quanto detto nelle battute precedenti. Evidentemente hanno lavoro in esubero! Al giorno d'oggi... Buon per voi !!! Ci ha presentato gli infissi in maniera sbrigativa e senza sviscerarne le caratteristiche, la seconda volta con fare ancora più sbrigativo ha detto che aspettava dei clienti, come per mandarci via... Peccato perché prezzo indicativo e marchio mi paiono ottimi ma quasi mi pare di disturbare, evidentemente il lavoro abbonda. Il processo è stato impeccabile, dall'assistenza alla vendita di Veronica, estremamente gentile e disponibile, all'ispezione pre-posa, al montaggio eseguito dai posatori, precisi e veloci. La qualità costa un po' di più, ma il risultato finale ti ripaga della spesa, per la qualità dei materiali e delle persone incontrate. Consigliatissimo. I prodotti installati sono veramente ben fatti e di ottima qualità. Il risultato finale è eccezionale, praticamente i rumori esterni sono scomparsi. Personale in negozio competente e gentile, preventivo ottenuto in mezza giornata, consegna puntualissima. Da segnalare a parte l'ottima qualità dell'installazione e la cura prestata nell'insonorizzazione degli infissi, finito il lavoro la stanza era pulita come se non fossero stati smontati e sostituiti 2 infissi. The end result is exceptional, practically the external noises have disappeared. Competent and kind staff in store, quote obtained in half a day, punctual delivery. Of note, apart from the excellent quality of the installation and the care taken in the soundproofing of the fixtures, when the work was finished the room was clean as if no fixtures had been removed and replaced. Hanno gestito molto bene il mio ordine dall'inizio alla fine (tutto merito della sig.ra Grazia che ti segue dall'inizio alla fine). Il personale è molto competente. Il commerciale sig. Angius è stato molto bravo anche dal punto di vista tecnico, in quanto mi ha proposto più soluzioni, indicando quella più efficiente e argomentando l'opzione indicata. A distanza di tre mesi devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Offrono prezzi competitivi non rinunciando alla qualità. Un piccolo commento anche sugli installatori, che oltre fare un servizio a regola d'arte forniscono consigli molto pratici sul come trattare gli infissi. Infine, qualità Finstral rimane indiscutibile. Ora ho deciso di fare un'altro ordine, in quanto mi sono trovato molto bene.. Primo approccio con Serena che è stata disponibile e veloce, mi ha fatto un primo preventivo in base alle mie misure. E' venuto, immagino, il titolare a casa a prendere le misure; il giormo dopo ho avuto il preventivo definitivo. Bravi, veloci e competenti poi sulla qualità Finstral non si discute. I bought finstral window frames from them almost 20 years ago; I'm moving house and I'm back for a quote. First approach with Serena who was available and fast, she made me a first estimate based on my measurements. I guess the owner came home to take the measurements; the day after I got the final quote. Good, fast and competent, then there is no question of the quality of Finstral.
