Ho comprato, quasi due anni fa degli infissi, e dopo il primo sopralluogo mi hanno consegnato e montato tutto in poco tempo. A distanza di poche settimane ho dovuto chiamarli per un difetto su una tapparella. Si è presentato il titolare per sistemare il problema. Dopo oltre un anno si è ripresentato un problema analogo su un'altra tapparella (avendo bambini piccoli può capitare che giocano a vedere chi è più veloce a far scendere l'avvolgibile...) e sempre il titolare si è ripresentato a montare e smontare la tapparella. La venditrice è stata davvero squisita nel consigliarci delle porte semplici ma qualitativamente superiori; velocissimi nel rilievo delle misure (e soprattutto puntualissimi). Un plauso particolari agli installatori che si sono distinti per precisione e pulizia, non ci siamo quasi accorti della loro presenza, davvero un valore aggiunto. The seller was really exquisite in recommending simple but qualitatively superior doors; very fast in taking measurements (and above all very punctual). A special applause to the installers who have distinguished themselves for precision and cleanliness, we hardly noticed their presence, really an added value.
