S	Silvia Temp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata da loro per un problema di luci interne alla macchina e per il cambio fanale posteriore, verso dicembre, mi danno appuntamento a febbraio per lasciare a loro la macchina e svolgere il lavoro con i pezzi che sarebbero arrivati, mi presento il giorno dell’appuntamento e mi dicono che i pezzi necessari non c’erano, facendomi saltare lavoro e senza neanche avvisarmi telefonicamente con anticipo, così ho fatto un viaggio a vuoto. Ho anche portato la macchina per fare il tagliando non me l’hanno resettato all’intento dell’auto essendo tutta elettronica quindi mi esce ancora oggi la scritta ricordandomi di fare il tagliando. Ho chiamato telefonicamente facendomi passare il titolare, lamentandomi del comportamento ma anche lui non ha saputo darmi una spiegazione di ciò che è avvenuto, ma anzi cercando di difendersi da questa mancanza. Insomma un po’ di giorni dopo sono andata da SPAZIO dove mi hanno spiegato più attentamente i problemi dell’auto, oltretutto completamenti diversi da come mi era stato detto da Gonella e mi hanno aggiustato il tutto in una giornata.
