★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse per acquistare merce sarà anche valevole ma come toelettatura è stato pessimo, ad una cagnolina impaurita l'ha presa e schiaffata nella vasca con tanto di museruola e con modi davvero poco amorevoli. Lascio due stelle proprio perché non ha voluto nulla per il "disturbo"......
Perhaps to buy goods it will also be valid but as a grooming it was bad, a frightened dog took it and slapped it in the tub with a lot of muzzle and with really unloving ways. I leave two stars precisely because he did not want anything for the "disturbance" ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sono cliente da quando ho adottato il mio Gino (bouledogue francese), sia per la toelettatura che per la parte di boutique...ho sempre trovato competenza e disponibilità. I bouledogue sono spesso soggetti a dermatiti il mio Gino non ha mai avuto tali problemi ed il pelo è sempre perfetto grazie ai trattamenti spa fatti ogni 20/30 giorni. Per quanto riguarda la boutique sono uno dei negozi più forniti di Torino e provincia, e trattano tutte le taglie. I prodotti sono qualitativamente eccellenti ed esteticamente belli ( infatti il mio cane è spesso meglio vestito di me). ... E poi ovviamente c'è la parte di pasticceria (da usare con cautela perché è una droga) e la parte di igiene, guinzaglieria etc etc ...io avendo praticamente acquistato tutto posso solo dire che sono tutti prodotti eccezionali...consigliatissimi
I have been a customer since I adopted my Gino (French bulldog), both for the grooming and for the boutique part ... I have always found competence and availability. Bulldogs are often subject to dermatitis my Gino has never had such problems and the coat is always perfect thanks to spa treatments done every 20/30 days. As for the boutique, they are one of the most well-stocked shops in Turin and its province, and they deal with all sizes. The products are qualitatively excellent and aesthetically beautiful (in fact my dog is often better dressed than me). ... And then of course there is the pastry part (to be used with caution because it is a drug) and the part of hygiene, leash etc etc ... having practically bought everything I can only say that they are all exceptional products .. . highly recommended

Ormai è da tempo che porto il mio cagnolino (razza shitzu) da loro e sono molto soddisfatta.
Professionali in tutto, il cagnolino viene trattato come un principino. Esce sempre dalla toelettatura con il pelo morbido,super idratato e profumato.
Il toelettatore super informato e competente.
Ho trovato tanta cordialità per qualsiasi tipo di info o dubbio.
Inoltre il negozio è super fornito in ogni ambito
