Colonnina di ricarica della tessera (mi dispiace, non so segnalare gli orari in cui è presente un operatore in loco) e poi si accede al box di lavaggio. Si può seguire la sequenza shampoo > balsamo > aspirazione > aria tiepida > aria calda, insomma si può lavare il proprio cane con le modalità che si preferiscono. Prima di lasciare il box, ci sono dei panetti e una ramazza, per poter pulire e lasciare il box in maniera che possa essere usato dal cliente successivo. Proprietario molto disponibile a spiegare come utilizzare al meglio gli strumenti per riuscire a lavare in autonomia il proprio cane spendendo il giusto. Comodo il fatto di spendere in base al tempo di utilizzo dei vari strumenti senza dover fare tutto di fretta come accade con i gettoni a tempo. Felice di aver trovato una soluzione pratica e veloce che mi permetta di lavare il cane da sola senza dover riempire di peli il bagno di casa. Devo dire sono rimasto contento per la cortesia del proprietario, ma il luogo non mi ha entusiasmato un po' piccolo e poco arieggiato e puzza di muffa... nel contesto discreto. Consiglio però di fare qualcosa per il caldo e l'umidità in estate perché essendo un luogo chiuso il clima all'interno non è per niente gradevole.
