( E i motivi per cui hanno posto quando più vi aggrada)
1. Non osservano le norme anti-covid, nel rispetto dei clienti e già qui sono rimasta delusa.
2. Come prestazioni ancora di più perché avevo chiesto solo di togliere dalla mia cagnolina la puzza di pesce avariato in cui si è rotolata al parco, ma :
- IL PUZZO era ancora MOLTO PERSISTENTE
Nonostante :
- 1 ora di bagnetto
- CHILI DI PROFUMO SPRAY (di odore sgradevole a mio parere) che le hanno messo SENZA RICHIESTA.
Non credete sia DANNOSO per il cane?
3. è entrata una cagnolina, è uscito un cervo selvatico unto :
- SENZA RICHIESTA ( ho chiesto un bagnetto semplice) le hanno messo quintali di OLIO, sembrava PRONTA DA FRIGGERE. TANTO DA RISULTARMI PERICOLOSO GUIDARE! A una rotonda sono dovuta andare dritto perché girare mi è stato impossibile e poi fermarmi per lavarmi le mani subito. Non ho potuto toccare il cane prima di salire in macchina per le seguenti 2 settimane. Assurdo.
- E non l'ho mai vista cosí SPETTINATA, nemmeno il mio ragazzo che la asciuga contropelo è mai riuscito a farle i LECCONI permanenti, sparsi per il corpo assolutamente antiestetici.
Ho postato una cucciola, è uscito un cervo selvatico.
Ho chiesto di ripetere il bagno solo nella zona impestata, e la signora insisteva che non è sano fare troppi bagni.
Sarà sano invece ungere il cane, mettergli quintali di profumo? Quando niente di tutto questo è stato richiesto?
In summary: Bad service, bad professionalism, no dog care just pretense and no respect for the owners.

1. They do not observe the anti-covid rules, in respect of the customers and already here I was disappointed.
2. As a performance even more because I only asked to remove from my dog the smell of rotten fish in which she rolled in the park, but:
- THE STINK was still VERY PERSISTENT
Despite :
- 1 hour of baby bath
- KILOS OF PERFUME SPRAY (with an unpleasant smell in my opinion) that they put on them WITHOUT REQUEST.
Don't you think it's HARMFUL for the dog?
3. A dog came in, a greased wild deer came out:
- WITHOUT REQUEST (I asked for a simple bath) they put tons of OIL, it seemed READY TO FRY. SO MUCH THAT IT WAS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE! At a roundabout I had to go straight because it was impossible for me to turn and then stop to wash my hands right away. I couldn't touch the dog before getting into the car for the following 2 weeks. Absurd.
- And I have never seen her so TOUGH, not even my boyfriend who dries her against the grain has never managed to make her permanent LECCONI, scattered around the body absolutely unsightly.
I posted a puppy, a wild deer came out.
I asked to repeat the bath only in the plagued area, and the lady insisted that it is not healthy to take too many baths.
Will it be healthy instead to anoint the dog, to put tons of perfume on it? When was none of this requested?

Ottima tolettatura a 20 euro per una cagnolina di 13kg circa.
I have never had bad experiences. Owners always friendly and helpful, even on the phone.
Excellent grooming at 20 euros for a dog of about 13kg.
