Personale gentilissimo, consiglia e segye anche nelle operazioni di colorazione della miniature. Prezzi elevati ma normali per i prodotti. Possibilità di ordinare materiale via PC presente nel negozio. Orari di apertura non sempre rispettati. Non interagisce con quasi nessuno, basta vedere anche la pagina facebook (come da foto) dove scrive solo ste cose. Vetrinette espositive spoglie, molto maldisposto verso i clienti e molte volte sembra non sapere le cose. Che ci stà a fare? Gentilissimo e preparato il commesso, che è riuscito a recuperare un set che cercavo da tempo, ormai fuori produzione. Se si è appassionati di miniature e si è in zona consiglio di passarci. Ogni esperienza in negozio è stata così piacevole che ormai faccio un salto quasi tutti i giorni anche solo per salutare. Consigliatissimo! Il negozio è sempre aperto seguendo gli orari indicati salvo casi inevitabili coi mezzi. Il negozio è ben fornito, trovo sempre ciò di cui ho bisogno e lo staff riesce sempre ad aiutarmi con le mie perplessità sul gioco e su quali prodotti scegliere. Assolutamente positivo.
