Sono andato a comprare un gioco al day one, più precisamente la launch edition, previo controllo sul sito della disponibilità in negozio, ne risultava 1 disponibile. Il commesso dopo aver detto di ritenermi fortunato che ne aveva una da parte senza prenotazione ha aggiunto scortesemente che se avessi preordinato il gioco da loro lasciando un acconto di 10 euro avrei ricevuto dei bonus fisici (steelbook e simili) invece che comprarlo all'uscita senza bonus. Inutile dire che era impossibile per me sapere queste informazioni prima dato che ci sono andato 2 volte in vita mia e non penso ci ritornerò. As usual Gamestop proves itself for what it is. Siamo andati al Game stop di Monza ed il ragazzo è stato quasi 40 minuti al telefono per aiutarci, cordialissimo e gentilissimo ci ha cambiato la playstation nonostante mancassero documenti necessari per il cambio/reso.Di tutti gli shop che ho chiamato È L'UNICO CHE RISPONDE AL TELEFONO I bought a used play directly on the site.
