★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima con il titolare ha fatto un casino con le tessere incrociate tra 2 cabine fatto di proposito per avere (lui) qualke agevolazione fregandosene e creando non pochi problemi alla reception . avevamo espresso tutti e 6 ospiti di cenare insieme e non risultava nessuna segnalazione, non risultano le prenotazioni viaggio di nozze per mia figlia., e nemmeno gli anniversari di nozze delle altre 2 cabine. Dalla nave ho contattato l agenzia ma ho avuto una pessima risposta da lui personalmente (Carlo) sicuramente non prenotero 'mai più nessuna vacanze con la sua agenzia..
Bad experience with the owner made a mess with the cards crossed between 2 cabins made on purpose to have (him) qualke facilitation not giving a damn and creating many problems at the reception. we had expressed all 6 guests to have dinner together and there was no report, there are no honeymoon bookings for my daughter., nor even the wedding anniversaries of the other 2 cabins. From the ship I contacted the agency but I had a bad response from him personally (Carlo). I will certainly never book any holidays with his agency again.
