Lo Staff della "Ontano" è davvero una garanzia per i miei viaggi alle Eolie. Ragazzu molto preparati e disponibili. Anche giovedì scorso come ogni qualvolta devo andare alle Eolie partendo da Napoli, sino sempre stati attenti alle mie esigenze dimostrandosi buoni consiglieri ed affidabili agenti. Ed anche di recente, nel periodo purtroppo pessimo del Covid, con tutte le problematiche che conosciamo, per necessità lavorative, ho avuto bisogno di sole informazioni tecniche e nel particolare dall'operatrice Gabriella, che curava da anni già i miei viaggi estivi. Anche in questo caso ho incontrato la solita gentilezza, disponibilità e puntualità anche per sole informazioni che di solito è difficile reperire da soli e/o per tramite dei canali ufficiali. Insomma, la sua massima disponibilità unita all'efficacia dell'agenzia mi hanno sostanzialmente aiutato anche in quel periodo difficile. Difficile da non consigliare. Forza ragazzi di Ontano !
