★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possa dare -1 stella. Impianto fotovoltaico installato 5 anni fa, perfetto va benissimo nessun problema fino ad agosto 2020 quando si blocca e non riparte più. Chiamiamo e giustamente sono chiusi per ferie....UN MESE!! allora lasciamo un messaggio e mandiamo una mail per chiedere un intervento d'urgenza (come da loro proposta nella loro segreteria automatica).Non riceviamo risposta quindi ai primi di settembre chiamiamo e richiamiamo e richiamiamo e richiamiamo, niente da fare o non rispondono o parte la segreteria (ANCHE NELLE LORO DICHIARATE ORE DI APERTURA) Chiamiamo il gestore che a suo tempo ci aveva fatto il contratto, risposta "mi faccia avere tutti i dati del contatore che le faccio sapere". E siamo alla fine di settembre tra un rimbalzo e l'altro..tipo "noi non centriamo senta la casa di produzione". Finalmente dopo varie trattative tra cui il costo esorbitante per una loro uscita, riusciamo ad organizzare appuntamento (settimana scorsa-ottobre ). Organizziamo la famiglia in modo da essere presenti. NON SI PRESENTANO!!!! dopo una giornata ci chiamano per dirci" ci scusi ma non siamo riusciti a venire da lei" MA DAIIII?! iN SINTESI 3 MESI E ABBIAMO ANCORA IL FOTOVOLTAICO FUORI USO (NB . totalmente pagato in anticipo). MA PUOI?
Too bad we can't give -1 star. Photovoltaic system installed 5 years ago, perfect is fine no problem until August 2020 when it stops and does not start again. We call and rightly they are closed for holidays .... ONE MONTH !! then we leave a message and send an email to ask for an emergency intervention (as proposed by them in their automatic answering machine). We do not receive an answer so in early September we call and call back and call back and call back, nothing to do or they do not answer or part the secretariat (EVEN IN THEIR DECLARED OPENING HOURS) We call the manager who had made the contract at the time, answer "let me have all the meter data that I let you know". And we are at the end of September between a rebound and the other .. type "we are not centered, feel the production company". Finally, after various negotiations including the exorbitant cost for their release, we are able to organize an appointment (last week-October). We organize the family to be present. DO NOT SHOW !!!! after a day they call us to say "sorry but we couldn't come to you" BUT DAIIII ?! IN SUMMARY 3 MONTHS AND THE PHOTOVOLTAIC IS STILL OUT OF USE (NB. fully paid in advance). BUT CAN YOU?
