La farmacia era l'unica di turno in zona ed applica una commissione inspiegabile di 7,50 EUR dopo le 21:00 citando fantomatiche normative non riportate sul cartello informativo all'esterno. Alle mie lamentele e richieste di informazioni (perché MAI ho pagato la chiamata notturna prima, in NESSUN altra farmacia) il farmacista si è permesso di dirmi che la situazione non era urgente e potevo cercarmi un altra farmacia. Alla fine ho pagato più la chiamata notturna che il farmaco (6,90 EUR). Se potete andate da un'altra parte.. Ottima organizzazione, file distinte fra prenotati e non, due postazioni separate per i tamponi, compilazione moduli all'aperto. Complimenti, ottimo servizio ! Tampone sia su prenotazione via e-mail che tramite ritiro di un ticket in loco per coloro che sono senza prenotazione. Accettazione veloce, personale infermieristico cordiale e consegna esito con tatto in caso di positività. Ottima gestione! Pharmacy has set up heated tents to welcome patients by swab. Buffer either by booking via e-mail or by collecting a ticket on site for those who are without a reservation. Quick acceptance, friendly nursing staff and tactful delivery of positive results.
