Entro in farmacia e finisco da lui: quando gli dico ho prenotato dei farmaci via whatsapp capisco subito dalla sua faccia che avevo sbagliato farmacia e dico imbarazzato ‘forse ho sbagliato, scusi mi faccia verificare un attimo’ e lui che fa? Invece di comprendere la situazione e rispondere ‘si sarà sbagliato noi non accettiamo questo tipo di ordini’ si guarda intorno alla ricerca di consensi e commenta ad alta voce per deridermi. Peccato perché era la seconda volta che ci andavo (non sono del posto) e poi le ragazze sembrano tutte preparare e gentili….Addiooss come direbbe Cannavacciuolo. Ah dimenticavo: tutti i canali telematici oggi in periodo di covid sono importanti, invece di deridere il cliente pensa ad aggiornarti.

Too bad because it was the second time I went there (I'm not a local) and then the girls all seem to be prepared and kind .... Goodbye as Cannavacciuolo would say. Oh I forgot: all the telematic channels today in the covid period are important, instead of mocking the customer, think about updating yourself.
