Mi è passata la voglia acquistarlo, non ho chiesto altro, per nulla professionale.
I entered to get information for the purchase of a thermomix, I was simply told that they only sold spare parts, without mentioning a possible contact with any seller.
The desire to buy it passed me, I did not ask for anything else, not at all professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver atteso quasi 30 minuti, ci viene detto che per zverd informazioni, su una lucidatrice dobbiamo lasciare un nominativo , per essere contattati telefonicamente x un appuntamento/dimostrazione..... assurdo.
nb ho acquistato la lucidatrice (di un altra marca) on line spendendo meno , ricevendola il giorno dopo, senza che nessuno sia venuto in casa mia .... e funziona benissimo
After waiting almost 30 minutes, we are told that for zverd information, on a polisher we have to leave a name, to be contacted by phone for an appointment / demonstration ..... absurd.
nb I bought the polisher (of another brand) online for less, receiving it the next day, without anyone coming to my house .... and it works very well

Normalmente mi serve un ragazzo gentile e disponibile a spiegazioni di ogni genere, alla ragazza che mi ha servito stamattina invece insegnerei le basi dell'educazione, la comunicazione e la pazienza, basilari prima di rapportarsi con i clienti.
