If I could put 0 stars I would. Intrusive and overly rude staff. Insults to customers and disrespect. As a chemistry student at the University of Milan, I was "INSTRUCTED" by a saleswoman on what products I should use on my skin. Completely incorrect and meaningless information. Don't come to this Douglas store

Sono stato rimproverato per aver abbassato la
mascherina per sentire una fragranza. Secondo lei avrei dovuto scostare la mascherina per infilare da sopra il cartoncino. Sono senza parole. Negozio sconsigliatissimo.

I was reprimanded for lowering the
mask to feel a fragrance. According to her, I should have moved the mask aside to put the cardboard from above. I am speechless. Highly recommended shop.
