 With blue skies and good visibility you have a breathtaking view all the way down to Bolzano and beyond. Nice ascent from the Tschafonhütte. I've already been up here 4x ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal rifugio tschafon si continua sul sentiero 9 nel bosco con alcune serpentine fra i massi, si guadagna senza problemi la vetta dello Tschafon-Völsegger Spitze con croce (1834 m); 20 minuti dal rifugio. Si puo' ammirare un panorama stupendo sullo scilliar e la valle sottostante.
From the Tschafon hut continue on path 9 in the woods with some serpentines between the boulders, you can easily reach the summit of Tschafon-Völsegger Spitze with cross (1834 m); 20 minutes from the refuge. You can admire a wonderful view over the scilliar and the valley below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit 1834 m weniger prominenter, dafür aber lohnender „Gipfel“ der Schlerngruppe, mit überschaubarem Aufwand, grandioser Aussicht,
wegen der schroffen Steilwände weniger für Kinder geeignet. Der Gipfelbereich ist mit einem Kreuz versehen und bewaldet, weshalb der Hügel wohl nicht als „Berg“ durchgeht.
At 1834 m less prominent, but worthwhile "summit" of the Schlern group, with manageable effort, grandiose view,
less suitable for children because of the steep, steep walls. The summit area is marked with a cross and is wooded, which is why the hill is probably not a "mountain".
