C	Cosimo Bellifemine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escursione difficile dovuta al sentiero cosparso di pietroline scivolose ma molto interessante sotto l'aspetto paesaggistico e della flora esistente lungo tutto il tragitto. Difficult hike due to the path strewn with slippery pebbles but very interesting from the landscape and flora aspect all along the way.

Si può parcheggiare l'auto ai bagni di ratzes e poi si prosegue a piedi. Vale la pena pranzare al rifugio malghetta sciliar. Personale cortese, cibo ottimo e splendida vista! Although most of the trails were closed (August 2021), we still managed to make a nice ride. You can park your car at the ratzes baths and then continue on foot. It is worth having lunch at the Malghetta Sciliar refuge. Friendly staff, great food and great views!

Secondo me non è adatto ai neofiti o alle persone poco allenate come prima escursione, dati alcuni passaggi più difficili o impervi, ma risulta fantastico dal punto di vista paesaggistico. Comunque anche alcuni bimbi sono arrivati con i loro tempi in cima. Arrivati in cima si può usufruire dei servizi di un bar/ristorante e poi continuare la camminata, più agile ma di un'altra ora, fino all'ovovia e scendere all'Alpe di Siusi. I sentieri ed i paesaggi da scoprire non mancano... Great walk of an hour and a half in the woods to get to enjoy a wonderful view. In my opinion it is not suitable for beginners or for untrained people as a first excursion, given some more difficult or impervious passages, but it is fantastic from a landscape point of view. However, some children also reached the top with their times. Once at the top you can use the services of a bar / restaurant and then continue the walk, more agile but of another hour, to the gondola and descend to the Alpe di Siusi. There is no shortage of trails and landscapes to discover ...
S	Stephanie K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöner Wanderweg, die Beschilderungen sind recht dürfig, ein wenig mehr Info über die Entstehung und des Aufbaus des jeweiligen Gesteins wäre wünschenswert. Die Landschaft entschädigt aber für alles! Beautiful hiking trail, the signs are quite dürfig, a little more info about the formation and construction of the respective rock would be desirable. The landscape compensates for everything!

Si sale in quota sopra il Rio Freddo seguendo la seguenza stratigrafica all'interno del Trias e ammirando dal basso lo Sciliar in tutta la sua imponenza. Il dislivello è di circa 550 metri in circa 2 ore ad andare (con sosta foto e descrizioni geologiche) e 1,5 ore ritorno. L'arrivo al rifugio Prossliner ripaga della fatica. Ben tenuto nonostante diverse frane. Consigliatissimo Unexpectedly beautiful trail of medium difficulty. Climb above the Rio Freddo following the stratigraphic sequence inside the Trias and admiring the Sciliar from below in all its grandeur. The difference in height is about 550 meters in about 2 hours to go (with photo stops and geological descriptions) and 1.5 hours back. The arrival at the Prossliner refuge repays the effort. Well maintained despite several landslides. Highly recommended

Inoltre il percorso è altresì importante anche per quanto concerne l'aspetto paesaggistico e floristico. Per chi villeggia in zona è un percorso da non perdere.
