Der Zugang zum Gastraum erfolgt über die Küche, so etwas gibt's ja nirgends mehr.
Hausgemachtes von der überschaubaren Karte mit Angabe der Kochdauer. Top, so mag ich es.
Very rustic hut "far from the shot".
Access to the dining room is via the kitchen, there's nowhere else like this.
Homemade from the manageable menu with details of the cooking time. Great, that's how I like it.

Super cozy, small hut in a beautiful location. Food also very tasty, but relatively few vegetarian options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das war die Enttäuschung in unserem Skiurlaub: Omas Hütte (wie wir die Schwaige liebevoll nennen) war geschlossen! Warum? Keine Ahnung! Wir mutmaßen und hoffen, dass es nur ein vorübergehender Zustand ist, denn hier wird etwas geboten, dass es sonst nur noch ganz selten gibt: Eine Atmosphäre, die wirklich so ist, als wenn man bei seiner Oma in der guten Stube zu Gast wäre. Und dann der Kaiserschmarren: Der stellt alles in den Schatten, was sonst so angeboten wird, selbst wenn es schon gut bis sehr gut ist! Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!

That was the disappointment on our ski vacation: Grandma's hut (as we lovingly call the Schwaige) was closed! Why? No idea! We speculate and hope that it is only a temporary condition, because something is offered here that is otherwise very rare: an atmosphere that is really like being a guest at your grandma's in the parlor. And then the Kaiserschmarren: It overshadows everything that is otherwise on offer, even if it is good to very good! We hope to see you again!
