Mirco, in qualità di host è di una cortesia disarmante e sapere di poter contare su qualcuno quando si è lontani da casa non ha prezzo. Consigliato altamente. Staying at the Residence Tabù was a really pleasant experience. The apartment equipped with every comfort is close to the beach. Mirco, as a host, is disarming courtesy and knowing that you can count on someone when you are away from home is priceless. Highly recommended.

La casa corrispondeva alle immagini, il proprietario è stato puntuale e completamente disponibile. Tralasciando una camera senza finestre, la casa era sporca, nelle nostre spese personali sono rientrati i detersivi per lavare il bagno, dove sembrava non si fossero soffermati nemmeno per passare la polvere, sembrava fosse stato appena utilizzato con non curanza, il pavimento e la cucina con i tegami pieni di macchie quindi anch’essi solo sciacquati e rimessi a posto, inoltre i fornelli e il frigorifero erano unti, intoccabili. La casa ha soddisfatto le nostre necessità, ma NON È AMMISSIBILE che gli ospiti debbano fare il lavoro dell’agenzia delle pulizie, soprattutto in questo periodo di allerta COVID-19! My friends and I stayed for four nights in the apartment in via Nevio. The house matched the pictures, the owner was punctual and completely helpful. Leaving out a room without windows, the house was dirty, our personal expenses included the detergents to wash the bathroom, where it seemed they hadn't even stopped to pass the dust, it looked like it had just been used carelessly, the floor and the kitchen with the pans full of stains and therefore only rinsed and put back in place, also the stove and the refrigerator were greasy, untouchable. The house met our needs, but it is NOT ALLOWABLE that guests have to do the work of the cleaning agency, especially in this period of COVID-19 alert!
A	Antonio Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati a villa Ariel a Torre Lapillo. 2 posti auto da cancelli diversi, 3 ingressi indipendenti interni, 4 bagni, fanno di questa bellissima villa una location adatta a un soggiorno di 2 o 3 famiglie. Gli interni sono finemente arredati e molto confortevoli e il giardino con irrigazione e illuminazione automatica è solo da godere. A completare il quadro, un proprietario gentilissimo e Giancarlo che la gestisce con grande cortesia e disponibilita. A un minuto dalla spiaggia è praticamente perfetta. We stayed at villa Ariel in Torre Lapillo. 2 parking spaces from different gates, 3 independent internal entrances, 4 bathrooms, make this beautiful villa a suitable location for a stay of 2 or 3 families. The interiors are finely furnished and very comfortable and the garden with irrigation and automatic lighting is just to be enjoyed. To complete the picture, a very kind owner and Giancarlo who manages it with great courtesy and availability. One minute from the beach it is practically perfect.

Abbiamo affittato l'attico sopra l'agenzia in una posizione molto comoda perché vicina a tutti i servizi e con una vista mare strepitosa da un terrazzo enorme! Grazie Very helpful staff, starting with Giovanni who greeted us at check in. We rented the penthouse above the agency in a very convenient location because it is close to all services and with an amazing sea view from a huge terrace! Thank you

L'appartamento che abbiamo affittato aveva diversi problemi, hanno scaricato tutta la colpa sul proprietario ma penso che un'agenzia debba essere responsabile in prima persona!! Noi abbiamo soggiornato a San foca , posto molto bello ma se torneremo sicuramente non con questa agenzia! Bad I could not give less than one star !!! The apartment we rented had several problems, they put all the blame on the owner but I think an agency should be responsible for it! We stayed in San foca, a very nice place but if we come back definitely not with this agency!
a	antonia della guardia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fittato una casa a Porto Cesareo "villetta albachiara", situata a La Strea Posto strategico, al centro ci si arriva comodamente a piedi o in bicicletta. Si può arrivare facilmente a Torre Lapillo, Sant'Isidoro, Porto selvaggio... A 30 minuti da Lecce. Affaccia sul mare, e sulla strada si trova il supermercato,bar e tabacchino. Posto molto tranquillo,peccato per la pulizia. La casa era molto sporca, abbiamo trovato capelli, polvere e altro. Le foto che ci sono sul web sono molto ingannevoli, le stanze non sono così grandi come sembrano . Ci avevano garantito anche il posto auto all'interno, ma astento poteva entrarci una 500. Noi siamo stati seguiti da Giovanni, un ragazzo molto alla mano e disponibile. La consiglio se viene sistemata diversamente, peccato anche per la doccia che dovevamo farla fuori altrimenti ci allagavamo e l'acqua usciva salata e dopo la 3 doccia era fredda. We rented a house in Porto Cesareo "villetta albachiara", located in La Strea Strategic place, the center can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle. You can easily reach Torre Lapillo, Sant'Isidoro, Porto Wild ... 30 minutes from Lecce. Overlooking the sea, and on the street there is a supermarket, bar and tobacconist. Very quiet place, shame about the cleanliness. The house was very dirty, we found hair, dust and more. The photos that are on the web are very deceptive, the rooms are not as big as they seem. We were also guaranteed a parking space inside, but a 500 could get in. We were followed by Giovanni, a very easygoing and helpful guy. I recommend it if it is arranged differently, too bad for the shower that we had to take it out otherwise we would flood and the water came out salty and after the 3rd shower it was cold.
C	CICCIO MOLITERNI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Villa sud-est a scala di Furno Porto Cesareo dal 17 luglio al 31 luglio 2020 dalla descrizione fatta sul sito dell'agenzia SASINAE VIAGGI di PORTO CESAREO la realtà era ben diversa: -le zanzariere inesistenti o rotte; -il rubinetto dei bagni che perdeva acqua e il miscelatore del bidet non fissato sul sanitario; -la porta di ingresso che non si apriva perché era difettata; - dopo diversi solleciti, sono venuti a montare delle zanzariere con intelaiatura fissa, e quindi hanno dovuto bloccare gli infissi esterni. Praticamente eravamo bloccati e chiusi all’interno. - successivamente hanno sistemato davanti alle porte di ingresso una tenda di corallini che poco impediva alle zanzare di entrare. - La Casa molto calda perché esposta al sole per tutto il pomeriggio quindi la veranda è poco utilizzabile. - Dotazione di pentolame per la cucina inesistente per gli ospiti prenotati è l'unica pentola più grande era con la ruggine. Ne abbiamo avute di esperienze, ma negativa come questa mai. Nel salento sono bravissimi nell'arte dell'Incassare il danaro, ma di servizi offerti ai turisti praticamente ZERO. Li rende forti solo il fatto di avere un MARE STUPENDO, ma per il resto sono molto indietro nel tempo. In definitiva DIFFIDATE vivamente dell’AGENZIA SASINAE VIAGGI DI PORTO CESAREO (LE)…….bravissimi nel rovinare le vacanze dei clienti. We stayed at the south-east Villa in Scala di Furno Porto Cesareo from 17 July to 31 July 2020 from the description made on the website of the SASINAE VIAGGI agency in PORTO CESAREO, the reality was very different: - non-existent or broken mosquito nets; -the bathroom faucet leaking water and the bidet mixer not fixed on the sanitary; -the entrance door that did not open because it was defective; - after several reminders, they came to mount fixed-frame mosquito nets, and therefore had to block the external frames. We were practically blocked and closed inside. - subsequently they placed a coral curtain in front of the entrance doors that barely prevented mosquitoes from entering. - The house is very hot because it is exposed to the sun all afternoon so the veranda is not very usable. - Non-existent kitchen cookware equipment for booked guests is the only larger pot was with rust. We have had experiences, but never as negative as this one. In Salento they are very good in the art of collecting money, but of services offered to tourists practically ZERO. The only thing that makes them strong is that they have a GORGEOUS SEA, but otherwise they are far behind in time. Ultimately DO NOT TRUST the SASINAE VIAGGI DI PORTO CESAREO (LE) AGENCY ..... very good at ruining the holidays of customers.

L'appartamento è fatto molto bene, arredamento che però non rispecchia la struttura. La foto raffigura la vista dal terrazzo. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con il condizionatore (indispensabile dal caldo che faceva) e dopo aver provato a sistemarlo, lo hanno cambiato quindi ottimo servizio. Giovanni era sempre pronto ad ogni nostra richiesta e ad ogni ora del giorno. Complimenti e super consigliato! We rented an apartment in Porto Cesareo with them and I must say we couldn't have chosen better. The apartment is very well done, but the furniture does not reflect the structure. The photo depicts the view from the terrace. We had an inconvenience with the air conditioner (indispensable from the heat it was) and after trying to fix it, they changed it so great service. Giovanni was always ready for our every request and at any time of day. Congratulations and super recommended!
