★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite rifugio I stayed in while trekking through the Dolomites. The family running it was very welcoming and friendly and the food was amazing. Much of the food comes from the small farm surrounding the hut, and their signature dish, the wild nettles omelette was so unique and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite hut - I keep coming back :) It has the best food of the huts in the area. Not only lunch/dinner, but also the breakfast is amazing. Everything is handmade and from their garden. Also, love the rooms which need a candle for light and the outdoor shower with a view on the mountains. The view outside is incredible. And it is never too croweded. If you can, hike up there and visit the Völsegg (easy) or the Hammerwand (medium).
