The times indicated are incorrect. The shop is closed on Sundays. Really annoying to have to discover it upon arrival in Vicenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio come marche e assortimento sarebbe da 10 stelle ma purtroppo l’assistenza al cliente è assolutamente da rivedere. Nel periodo compreso tra luglio e dicembre ho acquistato un totale di sei paia di scarpe Liu Jo e, verso il 10 dicembre, avevo chiesto che mi venissero messe via un paio di scarponcini della medesima marca lasciando ovviamente una caparra e il numero di cellulare. Mi reco in negozio qualche giorno fa per il ritiro e scopro che le mie scarpe, che in teoria dovevano essere state messe da parte, sono esposte in vendita perché “sono iniziati i saldi ed era passato troppo tempo dalla mia prenotazione (il numero di telefono, ripeto, lo avevano!) inoltre in famiglia siamo clienti da anni e ho trovato questo comportamento davvero di pessimo gusto. Per fortuna erano ancora disponibili e sono riuscita ad acquistarle, l’unica nota positiva in tutta questa situazione è stata la cortesia della sig.ra Manuela che ha saputo gestire con professionalità una situazione pessima.
The store as brands and assortment would be 10 stars but unfortunately customer service is absolutely to be reviewed. In the period between July and December I bought a total of six pairs of Liu Jo shoes and, around December 10th, I had asked for a pair of boots of the same brand to be put away from me, obviously leaving a deposit and the mobile number. I went to the store a few days ago for the pickup and discovered that my shoes, which in theory must have been put aside, are on sale because "the sales started and too much time had passed since my reservation (the phone number , I repeat, they had it!) Furthermore, in the family we have been customers for years and I found this behavior really bad taste. Fortunately they were still available and I was able to buy them, the only positive note in this whole situation was the courtesy of Ms Manuela who was able to handle a bad situation with professionalism.
