Il commesso mi ha servita con svogliatezza, superficialità e in velocità sebbene non ci fosse nessun altro cliente in negozio a parte me e avevo espresso chiaramente di non avere limiti di budget. Se non mi accorgevo di un dettaglio sui manici me li stava per dare difettati. Si vede benissimo quando non si ama il prodotto che si vende o il proprio lavoro, me ne sarei andata immediatamente se non fosse che mi sono innamorata del prodotto. Pessima esperienza!
 I was this morning to get a bag. The salesman served me with listlessness, superficiality and speed, although there was no other customer in the shop apart from me and I had clearly expressed that I had no budget limits. If I didn't notice a detail on the handles I was going to give them defects. You can see very well when you don't love the product you sell or your work, I would have left immediately if it wasn't that I fell in love with the product. Very bad experience!

Poi a novembre durante il Black Friday mi sono decisa ad entrare e ho trovato una commessa gentilissima e soprattutto paziente, mi ha seguita passo passo nel mio primo acquisto. Una settimana dopo ho preso un'altra borsa. C'è anche un'altra ragazza molto cordiale e disponibile, Anna.
