Ci rivolgeremo altrove, di certo non lasceremo 40000 euro per contribuire a pagare il suo stipendio. If you ever need to buy a car, you should definitely avoid Mr. B.M. Being treated like penniless beggars. We will look elsewhere, certainly we will not leave 40,000 euros to help pay his salary.

Davvero gentile e qualificato. Se dovete acquistare un’auto nuova o usata (come nel mio caso) vi consiglio il gruppo Volauto e magari chiedere di Luca Mirtini ;) I bought Golf 7 a few days ago in this dealership and I have to thank Luca Mirtini for everything he did, for how he followed and helped me in everything. Really kind and qualified. If you need to buy a new or used car (as in my case) I recommend the Volauto group and maybe ask for Luca Mirtini;)
M	Mava Tafi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. ci rechiamo presso la concessionaria perché interessati all'acquisto di una golf e veniamo affidati a Daniele. gentilissimo ci mostra le auto a disposizioni, finché non vediamo quella che farebbe al caso nostro. chiediamo il preventivo e lui dice di dover parlare prima con il titolare e poi avrebbe telefonato dopo 2-3 giorni per comunicarci il tutto. sono passati 3 mesi e ancora oggi non abbiamo ricevuto la sua telefonata. comportamento poco rispettoso verso chi ha perso tempo affidandosi a persone che riteneva competenti e affidabili. R	Romeo Tanasa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Sono andato a far riparare uno dei fanali della mia vw, e mi hanno fatto lasciare li la macchina per fare il preventivo. Sono tornato a casa a piedi per poi sentirmi dire che si sono dimenticati di controllarla e ho dovuto rifare l appuntamento un altro giorno creandomi ulteriore disagio visto che l auto mi serve per lavorare. Alla fine arriva il preventivo con diagnostica e viene identificata la centralina del fanale difettosa. Visto il prezzo altissimo decido di comprare lo stesso pezzo da loro indicato per poi scoprire che non era quello il problema bensì la lampadina stessa, che costa una frazione del prezzo indicato nel preventivo per la centralina. In conclusione, purtroppo, ho riscontrato disorganizzazione e diagnosi fittizie. Bad experience. I walked home only to be told that they forgot to check it and I had to make the appointment again another day, creating further discomfort as I need the car to work. At the end comes the estimate with diagnostics and the faulty light control unit is identified. Given the very high price I decide to buy the same piece indicated by them and then discover that that was not the problem but the bulb itself, which costs a fraction of the price indicated in the quote for the control unit. In conclusion, unfortunately, I found disorganization and fictitious diagnoses.
