Nico Giammattei from the service department assisted me and explained all of the work that would be performed and also asked if I had any concerns with the car. He was very thorough in explaining the cost of the services as well as when I could expect the work to be finished. I do not speak Italian fluently and found it very helpful that he also spoke English. I will be using Guidi Car Mercedes-Benz again in the future for my service needs.
