★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato da loro senza alcun preavviso per un guasto alla retromarcia di una macchina tra l'altro americana, e nonostante fossero oberati di lavoro hanno compreso il mio disagio (non potevo lasciare la macchina perché ho solo quella e la uso per andare a lavoro) e mi hanno dedicato tempo e professionalità riparando il guasto in poco tempo e chiedendo una cifra irrisoria.
