★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo magazzino, ma servizio clienti scadente, per servire un cliente con tanto materiale in ordine, erano in due e tea un pezzo e l'altro una chiacchierata di minimo 10 minuti, tanto da fare aspettare gli altri clienti più del tempo dovuto!
 Excellent warehouse, but poor customer service, to serve a customer with a lot of material in order, there were two of them and one piece and the other a chat of at least 10 minutes, so as to make the other customers wait longer than they should!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning on doing a building project in Italy (Lucca) area then the team from front office to workshop can look after you requirements nicely. During our visits there is an English speaking sales guy( very helpful) who made our life 120% easier understanding what we wanted....if you don't speak Italian in Italy you are going to néf to improvise...
