★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto cerette all'inguine in almeno una ventina di centri estetici diversi nella vita, e conosco la mia soglia del dolore, abbastanza alta.
Mi sono recata due volte in questo centro estetico, la seconda sperando che la prima fosse un'eccezione.
Entrambe le volte sono stata trattata con fretta, come se il mio appuntamento fosse stato infilato in un buco libero a caso, e se non fosse necessario rivolgere le attenzioni di cui un cliente che paga ha invece bisogno. La fretta si è tradotta in dolore, pochi strappi e pelle persa, che vuol dire infragilimento ulteriore della stessa, in una zona già di per sé delicata.
Il tutto coronato alla fine dalla richiesta al momento del pagamento, capìta solo dopo, di poter fare uno scontrino "più piccolo": ho pagato prezzo pieno, ho sofferto, e sono stata trattata con fretta, ma sulla carta ho pagato 3€.
Faccio cerette all'inguine una volta al mese e queste due volte sono stati casi unici, di solito è un'esperienza veloce e quasi indolore.
Non penso tornerò.
I have waxed groin in at least twenty different beauty centers in life, and I know my pain threshold, quite high.
I went to this beauty center twice, the second hoping that the first was an exception.
Both times I was treated in a hurry, as if my appointment had been stuck in a random hole, and if it was not necessary to pay the attention that a paying customer needs instead. The haste has translated into pain, a few tears and lost skin, which means further embrittlement of the same, in an already delicate area.
All crowned at the end by the request at the time of payment, understood only afterwards, of being able to make a "smaller" receipt: I paid full price, I suffered, and I was treated quickly, but on the card I paid 3 €.
I do groin waxes once a month and these two times have been unique cases, it is usually a quick and almost painless experience.
I don't think I'll be back.

La titolare e' una ragazza giovane e professionale, sempre disponibile verso le esigenze del cliente. Ottimi prodott ( il gel sulle mani dura 3 settimane...)i e macchinari nuovi . L'unica posto dove,con un trattamento, ho visto risultati ( il mio problema è ritenzione idrica sulle gambe). Dopo anni ho trovato il posto ideale e di fiducia

Personale in confusuone,sovrapposizione di appuntamenti...non hanno saputo dirmi nulla,solo che erano in ritardo e avevano altre persone(ovviamente una cliente era lì al mio posto)...mi hanno lasciato andar via senza nessuna scusa o nessum tipo di rimedio e considerazione.
Ho cambiato un turno a lavoro proprio in funzione dell'appuntamento preso.
Che dire....
Went to the appointment made for the waxing ... it was CANCELED!
Confused staff, overlapping appointments ... they couldn't tell me anything, only they were late and had other people (obviously a customer was there in my place) ... they let me leave without any excuse or any kind of remedy and consideration.
I changed a shift at work according to the appointment made.

centro, attenti solo a recuperare qualche euro in più dai trattamenti previsti che a svolgere il proprio lavoro, considerando che mi sono trovata con peli incarniti nonostante ho fatto la ceretta per togliere appena un po’ di peluria residua avendo io fatto diversi trattamenti laser
I absolutely do not recommend the
center, just be careful to recover a few euros more from the planned treatments than to do their job, considering that I found myself with ingrown hairs despite having waxed to remove just a little bit of residual hair having done several laser treatments
