Staff prepared and kind. Various services offered, from nails to massages. Made a facial treatment that gave me an hour of pleasant relaxation. Great experience.

La prima volta, poi, abbiamo iniziato con ritardo. La seconda me ne sono andata via. Non telefonano per avvisare la cliente del loro ritardo, né si scusano.
*Cara proprietaria, la sua risposta piccata è del tutto inutile. Gli orari in cui io mi sono recata da voi, trovando chiuso, era su regolare appuntamento da voi fissato, pertanto avrei dovuto trovare aperto, Covid o no. La vostra chiusura, maleducazione (avreste potuto avvisarmi, invece di farmi venire a vuoto) ed assenza di professionalità mi hanno creato disagi e problemi. Chi io sia, lo vede dal mio nome, che dovrebbe aver avuto anche sul tabellone degli appuntamenti. Vada in pace lei, ed impari ad essere più professionale ed educata (scusandosi con una cliente).
