★ ★ ★ ★ ★ orario ridotto il sabato con chiusura per il pranzo e la domenica chiuso.considerando che dove e' nato questo servizio sono aperti 12 ore al giorno tutto l'anno.ti accoglie qualcuno che si offre di lavarti le cose al posto tuo...alla faccia del self service
reduced hours on Saturdays with closure for lunch and closed on Sundays. considering that where this service was born they are open 12 hours a day all year round. someone welcomes you who offers to wash things for you ... face of self service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato un piumone sporco xché la sera mio figlio si era sentito male al letto . Consegnato in lavanderia la mattina seguente spiegando il problema che ci era capitato ed il titolare ci assicurava di lavarlo subito essendo bagnato... Risultato? Ci hanno fatto aspettare piu di un mese ( e siamo passati dopo 2 settimane ed ancora nn era pronto )e al momento della consegna ci viene dato il piumone pieno di muffa.. certo se lo si lascia per piu di un mese in quelle condizioni se ill piumone se era stato lavato subito non si sarebbe ammuffito .. Bene abbiamo buttato un piumone di 160 € ... Premetto che abbiamo anche pagato anche il sottovuoto che nemmeno ci é stato risarcito oltre a non averlo fatto... mi dispiace ma servizio veramente pessimo ..sono molto incazzato.... Sconsigliatissimo
Bring a dirty duvet because my son felt sick at night in the bed. Delivered in the laundry the next morning explaining the problem that had happened to us and the owner assured us to wash it immediately being wet ... Result? They made us wait more than a month (and we passed after 2 weeks and still was not ready) and at the time of delivery we are given the quilt full of mold .. sure if you leave it for more than a month in those conditions if if the duvet had been washed immediately it would not have turned moldy .. Well we threw a duvet of € 160 ... I state that we also paid for the vacuum that was not even compensated for us not to have done ... sorry but service really bad .. I am very pissed off .... Not recommended

Io che ci abito da poco ci sono arrivato leggendo recensioni in giro e, devo dirlo, mi ci sono trovato subito bene, sia per i prezzi (3 euro per camicie e pantaloni lavati e stirati su stampella) che per i tempi di lavaggio e soprattutto perché erano aperti praticamente sempre, tranne la notte. Insomma, ci starebbero abbondantemente le 5 stelle. Ma c'è un ma
Ultimamente i tempi di consegna medi si sono allungati e hanno iniziato a non essere aperti più a lungo come prima. Intendiamoci, nulla di drammatico e comunque anche loro hanno ragione a cercare di ricavare un po' di tempo per se. Ma il cambiamento mi porta anche a ritoccare di poco la valutazione. Sarebbe più giusto dare 4 stelle e mezza, ma le mezze stelle purtroppo non ci sono. Sono comunque decisamente sopra la media

Average delivery times have been getting longer lately and they have started not being open as long as before. Mind you, nothing dramatic and in any case they too are right in trying to get some time for themselves. But the change also leads me to slightly tweak the evaluation. It would be more correct to give 4 and a half stars, but unfortunately there are no half stars. However, they are definitely above average

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Vieni a ritirare alle 10". Torno alle 10 ma i vestiti non sono nemmeno in asciugatrice, e mi tocca perdere altri 30 minuti. "Eh non sono tornati a prendersi i vestiti quelli prima di te". Ma allora a che serve la dipendente se non tira fuori i vestiti di chi ha finito di lavare? La gente non ha tempo da perdere, non date delle stime di orario se non sono minimamente accurate. A sto punto meglio il self service, almeno la gente tira fuori i vestiti pronti se i proprietari non si presentano.
"Come and collect at 10". I come back at 10 but the clothes aren't even in the dryer, and I have to waste another 30 minutes. "Eh, the ones before you didn't come back to get their clothes." But then what good is the employee if she doesn't take out the clothes of those who have finished washing? People have no time to waste, don't give time estimates if they're not at all accurate. I'm better off the self service, at least people take out their clothes ready if the owners don't show up.
