★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo comprato una carta qui per chiamare l'Ucraina. Il nome del manager è Nadia. Ha promesso che la carta sarebbe stata attivata. Non è possibile chiamare l'Ucraina. Ha promesso di richiamarci per risolvere il nostro problema. È passata più di una settimana ormai. Non abbiamo aspettato una risposta. Impossibile chiamare il negozio. Questo è incompetente e disonorevole in relazione ai loro connazionali, Nadia. Non consiglio questo negozio a nessuno, è una perdita di tempo e denaro.
 We bought a card here to call Ukraine. The manager's name is Nadia. He promised the card would be activated. It is not possible to call Ukraine. He promised to call us back to resolve our problem. It's been over a week now. We didn't wait for an answer. Unable to call the shop. This is incompetent and dishonorable in relation to their compatriots, Nadia. I do not recommend this shop to anyone, it is a waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’esperienza maturata in questo punto Vodafone è stata per me molto negativa. Le informazioni che ho ricevuto oralmente da uno degli addetti si sono purtroppo rivelate non corrispondenti al piano tariffario effettivamente proposto e sottoscritto.
Non saprei dire se ciò sia dovuto a semplice incompetenza o alla volontà di stipulare un numero maggiore di contratti, al di là delle obiettive necessità del cliente. In entrambi i casi, è poco rassicurante e vi sono buone ragioni per evitarlo. Meglio passare oltre per evitare arrabbiature.
The experience gained at this point by Vodafone was very negative for me. The information I received orally from one of the employees unfortunately turned out not to correspond to the tariff plan actually proposed and signed.
I cannot say if this is due to simple incompetence or the desire to enter into a greater number of contracts, beyond the objective needs of the client. Either way, it's not very reassuring and there are good reasons to avoid it. Better to move on to avoid anger.

Considerata la risposta anche poco professionali. Due pratiche le avete sbagliate voi rispetto a quanto vi ho richiesto ( motivo per cui le ho dovute annullare) invece l’ultima avete spergiurato fosse in lavorazione quando ad oggi nessuna notizia ed al servizio clienti non vi è traccia del suo inserimento. Credo sia meglio cambiate mestiere.. soprattutto lei che risponde in questa maniera.. risolto con altro negozio

Also considered unprofessional answer. You got two cases wrong with respect to what I asked you for (which is why I had to cancel them) but the last one you perjured was in the works when to date no news and customer service there is no trace of its inclusion. I think it is better to change jobs .. especially you who respond in this way .. solved with another shop
