Ho aspettato questa mattina dalle 9:00 alle 10:30, insieme ad altre persone. Ho telefonato da casa fino a poco fa e non ha risposto nessuno, presumo sia ancora chiuso... I can't put less than one star, too bad. Monday is open, but it is closed, without any notice giving information ... I waited this morning from 9:00 to 10:30, together with other people. I called from home until recently and nobody answered, I assume it's still closed ...

G	Grazia Dell'olio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente Soverato Store mi ha molto deluso L'addetto al servizio con i clienti è impossibilitato ad avere notizie che interessano noi Loro non possono più fare ricerche consigliarci cosa fare o d'altro ciclo soltanto di chiamare il 190 di fare raccomandate fotocopie significherebbe perderci due giorni almeno oltre che tanti soldi e tanto tempo prima era molto molto molto più attivo il servizio ma da un anno in qua è molto decaduto non so se per colpa dell'addetto o perché gli hanno tolto possibilità di aiuto per noi clienti io prima risolveremo qualsiasi problema lì ora non più L'unica cosa che mi sento dire si rivolga al 190 faccia la raccomandata dandomi tutti gli estremi dell'indirizzo e basta grande delusione desideriamo ancora parlare con una persona viva che possiamo guardare negli occhi non solo con una persona che magari risponde dall'Europa Ma che non riusciamo mai a vedere Buona serata e cercate di migliorare il servizio Come fanno in altri punti Vodafone Lately, Soverato Store has disappointed me. R	Rita Amedeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ieri sera nello store, solo perché ho fatto un acquisto online, per questione di praticità, nn avendo vicino un negozio Vodafone, nn sono stata neanche calcolata, liquidata solo con la frase, "gli acquisti online nn li vediamo", mentre il 190 mi diceva di andare presso un centro Vodafone x risolvere il problema, io nn dico ke mi doveva risolvere immediatamente il mio problema, ma almeno ci avesse provato facendo qualche telefonata, la ragazza, invece nn di é staccata dal computer nel mentre faceva le sue cose, aiuto al cliente pessimo... Grazie lo stesso...
