Spero che il titolare la richiami x questo brutto trattamento, rischia anche lui di chiudere i "battenti" per questa cosa. E se io fossi stata un ispettore per i servizi socio sanitari?

I'm sorry to report this, the barista (thin and blond) made me a cappuccino without having washed her hands as she had just finished smoking a cigarette. How disgusting!!
I hope that the owner reminds you of this bad treatment, he too risks closing the "doors" for this thing. What if I was an inspector for health and social services?
