★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente, per niente cordiale e soprattutto arrogante con la presunzione di prendere in giro il cliente.. ho aderito ad una promozione di vodafone il 28 marzo per l'acquisto di un samsung S22 a rate con supervalutazione del vecchio telefono . Dopo un mese e mezzo ( 9 maggio ) mi chiamano per il ritiro.Giunto in negozio mi comunicano che la promozione è scaduta e per l'acquisto dello stesso cellulare la rata è raddoppiata.Alle mie proteste si mostrano anche infastiditi nonostante l'attestato di vendita. Incredibile..
Incompetent staff, not at all friendly and above all arrogant with the presumption of making fun of the customer .. I joined a vodafone promotion on March 28 for the purchase of a samsung S22 in installments with overvaluation of the old phone. After a month and a half (May 9) they call me to collect it. When I arrived in the shop they tell me that the promotion has expired and for the purchase of the same mobile phone the installment has doubled. To my protests they are also annoyed despite the certificate of sale. Incredible..
