 I would never go back to this shop again, how do they still stay open? They treat people like garbage, then the elderly owner of a unique rudeness. I do not recommend it

La titolare non ha la più pallida idea di cosa sia la cortesia, né tantomeno conosce le regole base di un corretto customer service.
Per rendere l'idea, siamo state trattate esattamente come la famosissima scena di Pretty Woman: tramite affermazioni molto infelici la signora ha lasciato intendere che noi non potessimo permetterci i capi di Elisabetta Franchi.
Per non dimenticare, poi, la sua totale indifferenza quando ho provato uno dei suoi capi "preziosi" e poco degni della mia persona.
P.s: non provate a toccare i suoi capi pregiati, altrimenti sono guai! ?
P.p.s: do una stella solo perché non posso dare zero. Mai più!
If you want to be treated with arrogance, wisdom and rudeness, this is the place.
The owner does not have the faintest idea of what courtesy is, nor does she know the basic rules of correct customer service.
To give an idea, we were treated exactly like the very famous scene from Pretty Woman: through very unfortunate statements the lady hinted that we could not afford Elisabetta Franchi's clothes.
Not to forget, then, his total indifference when I tried one of his "precious" clothes not worthy of my person.
P.s: do not try to touch his precious garments, otherwise there is trouble! ?
P.p.s: I give a star only because I cannot give zero. Never again!
