Mi sono recato in questo store per attivare una sim dati, il venditore mi consegna la sim e, a suo dire, un apparecchio telefonico fisso in regalo. Dopo alcuni giorni mi accorgo di avere una linea telefonica fissa, che pago profumatamente, senza averla mai chiesta. Non aggiungo altro. Da evitare in tutti i modi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un direttore serio in questo centro, ha voluto risolvermi un problema che tra i vari scarica barile tra 190 e negozio si protraeva da più di un anno, un ringraziamento anche alla ragazza "mora e piccolina " , purtroppo non mi ricordo il nome, che mi ha contattata più volte , finalmente mi sono sentita ascoltata e trattata come una persona e non un utente di un numero, sottolineo che lo staff precedente si meritava 0 stelle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una sim Easy control chiedendo un piano tariffario da 2€ al mese e 5 euro di costo di attivazione che avevo visto sul sito vodafone e la signorina mi ha detto che non esisteva più da tempo per cui mi ha venduto una sim con piano a consumo e 10 euro di attivazione. Poi ho chiamato l assistenza Vodafone e invece mi hanno cambiato il piano tariffario..ora le cose sono 2: o la signorina è incompetente o mi ha fregato 5 €!! Ma la cosa più grave è che mi sono sentita presa in giro. Negozio sconsigliato!!!
I purchased an Easy Control sim asking for a tariff plan of € 2 per month and € 5 for the activation cost that I had seen on the vodafone site and the young lady told me that it hadn't existed for some time so she sold me a sim with a plan a consumption and 10 euros for activation. Then I called the Vodafone assistance and instead they changed my tariff plan .. now there are 2 things: either the young lady is incompetent or she cheated me 5 € !! But the worst thing is that I felt cheated. Shop not recommended !!!

Nella mia esperienza, il ragazzo si è impegnato a risolvere un problema nato da un contratto online. Gentile, e disponibile.
Il contrasto con il grande punto vendita di via ximenes è ancora più stridente.
Nonostante sia lontano e meno comodo del sopracitato punto vicino alle mura, questo è diventato il "mio" punto Vodafone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per attivare una offerta sul mobile, mi sono trovata in fattura 47 euro per l'acquisto di un dispositivo mobile per la geolocalizzazione, da me assolutamente non richiesto e non incluso nel piano tariffario, senza che l'impiegata mi avesse avvisato dei costi, dicendomi anzi che faceva parte dell'offerta. Tanto valeva contattare direttamente il 190 comodamente da casa. Sono molto delusa dal servizio offerto e dalla assoluta non trasparenza dell'operato di chi ha eseguito la mia pratica

La signorina a dir poco scortese e con poca voglia di lavorare ci ha liquidati subito senza spiegazioni perché impegnata a fare altro. Per di più senza nemmeno guardarci in faccia, come fossimo inesistenti davanti a lei. È davvero questa la gente che mettete a lavoro?
