La ragazza che mi ha atteso, senza che io ne facessi richiesta, ha attivato sul mio nuovo contratto vodafone un servizio a pagamento (Digital Privacy & Security) e una simcard dati con il piano Giga speed plus 50 di cui non avevo assolutamente bisogno, dicendomi che tanto il primo mese era gratis e che avrei pagato solo se avessi voluto mantenerla. Ovviamente mi ha fatto firmare in fretta e furia, senza farmi leggere le condizioni, e non son solo ho scoperto che non era gratis (infatti mi è arrivata la fattura a partire dal 9 di ottobre) ma che era un abbonamento e che il piano si rinnovava automaticamente con addebito sul mio conto corrente. Complimenti per l'inganno. Da evitare assolutamente ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che premiare l'impegno della ragazza in negozio nel fornirmi ogni aiuto possibile per la risoluzione di un problema con un contratto Vodafone mobile. 5 stelle a lei, 0 a Vodafone. Sistemi non funzionanti, accesso intermittente, numero verde inutile...in sintesi ho dovuto cambiare gestore.
