★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio che offrono è pessimo, hanno dei costi di attivazione alti e fuori mercato per accessori in comodato d'uso, il servizio clienti è inesistente, è stato impossibile seguire lezioni online o navigare senza interruzioni, in un anno di (dis)servizio ho quasi sempre navigato ad una velocità di 3/4 mb; non vi è chiarezza e ostruiscono tentativi di disdetta, per ricevere informazioni utili ho dovuto contattare il proprietario dell'azienda (dato che non esiste un servizio clienti) la cui educazione è pari all'efficienza del suo servizio, ovvero ZERO! Nell'argomentare infatti i motivi della mia disdetta, sottolineando come altri competitor a prezzi uguali offrivano una navigazione che va dai 40 ai 70 MB per la mia zona, lo stesso mi ha risposto "Non mi interessa dei competitor e tu mi stai infastidendo" riattaccandomi il telefono e non rispondendo alle ulteriori chiamate che ho fatto per ricevere assistenza per la disdetta. Diffidate dai negozi che vi propongono questo servizio.
The service they offer is very bad, they have high and off-market activation costs for accessories on loan for use, the customer service is non-existent, it was impossible to follow online lessons or surf without interruptions, in a year of (dis) service I have almost always sailed at a speed of 3/4 mb; there is no clarity and obstruct attempts to cancel, to receive useful information I had to contact the owner of the company (since there is no customer service) whose education is equal to the efficiency of his service, or ZERO! In fact, arguing the reasons for my cancellation, underlining how other competitors at equal prices offered a navigation ranging from 40 to 70 MB for my area, the same replied "I don't care about competitors and you are bothering me" by hanging up the phone and not answering any further calls I made for cancellation assistance. Be wary of the shops that offer you this service.
