Non mi era stato detto però dalla commessa che sul conto c'erano 4 euro in più appunto per il pagamento di questa tessera clienti. Non ho lasciato tutto e non me ne sono andata solo perché avevo perso parecchio tempo. Non è assolutamente x i 4 euro ma una questione di principio. Sono stata ingannata.. Mai più.
To take advantage of the promotions I had to make a card. I was not told however by the order that on the account there were 4 euros more precisely for the payment of this customer card. I didn't leave everything and I didn't leave because I had lost a lot of time. There is absolutely x 4 € but a matter of principle. I was deceived. Never again.

Le ho fornito l' età delle bimbe, 6 anni e 8 anni. Oggi ho consegnato regali. Mia figlia deve riportarli x sostituzione, perché nessun capo acquistato era dell' età che avevo fornito.
On the morning of February 19th, I went to your shop. I had to give gifts to my nieces. The saleswoman offered to help me. I gave her the ages of the girls, 6 years and 8 years. I delivered gifts today. My daughter has to bring them back for replacement, because no item purchased was of the age I had provided.
