★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da segnalare un grave disservizio. Ieri sono andata nel negozio terranova dove vado spesso. Ho acquisto diversi capi per mia figlia. Non presente ma che ha la tessera del vostro negozio. Oggi mi sonp fatta 40 km per tornare a Grosseto da dove vivo. Ero certa di avere lo scontrino, non lo trovato, volevo solo cambiate taglia di due capi, uno da 12 euro e uno da 7. Avevo pagato con carta, avevano la tesserina, non mi hanno voluto cambiare la taglia di due capi con valore meno di20. Euro. Vi sembra un bel servizio? Se trovo lo scontrino devo ritornare a Grosseto. Totale 160 km per un cambio taglia di due capi valore 20 euro...e chi mi paga la benzina per questa ottusità??? Voleva acquistare ancora ma non li farò mai più!
To report a serious disservice. Yesterday I went to the Newfoundland shop where I often go. I have purchased several items for my daughter. Not present but with your shop card. Today I made 40 km to return to Grosseto from where I live. I was sure I had the receipt, I didn't find it, I just wanted to change the size of two items, one for 12 euros and one for 7. I had paid by card, they had a card, they didn't want to change the size of two items with less value 20. EUR. Does this seem like a nice service? If I find the receipt, I have to go back to Grosseto. Total 160 km for a size change of two items worth 20 euros ... and who pays me gasoline for this dullness ??? He wanted to buy again but I will never do them again!
