★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver perso un'ora per scegliere un passeggino mi viene detto che il prezzo non era quello attaccato all'etichetta ma venti euro in più. Negozio molto fornito e prezzi nella media ma personale inaffidabile.
After losing an hour to choose a stroller I am told that the price was not the one attached to the label but twenty euros more. Very stocked shop and average prices but unreliable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercoledì 14 ottobre mi sono recata con mia figlia per comprare pannolini ...premetto che noi siamo clienti abbiamo acquistato tutto dalla carrozzina in poi tutto insomma...Mercoledì c'era una commessa davvero maleducata intanto sembrava molto scocciata poi nemmeno ha rivolto il saluto.Non so se ritorneremo acquistare.
Wednesday, October 14th I went with my daughter to buy diapers ... I state that we are customers we bought everything from the wheelchair onwards everything in short ... Wednesday there was a really rude shop assistant meanwhile she seemed very annoyed then she didn't even say hello . Not sure if we will return to buy.

Ho comprato una fodera "universale" per seggiolino auto e l'ho provata appena nel parcheggio. Ovviamente non andava bene e sono tornato nel negozio a restituirla. Si è rifiutato di darmi i soldi indietro e mi h dato un voucher nonostante avessi spiegato che non abito a Grosseto e vengo di rado. A quel punto mi ha dato un voucher da rinnovare dopo sei mesi chiamandolo... Ma via...
Excellent assortment of everything you may need for your child ... But not very attentive to the customer. I bought a "universal" car seat cover and just tried it out in the parking lot. It obviously didn't fit and I went back to the shop to return it. He refused to give me my money back and gave me a voucher even though I explained that I don't live in Grosseto and I rarely come. At that point he gave me a voucher to be renewed after six months calling him ... But go ...

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene! Nadia, Natalia e tutte le ragazze del negozio sono veramente gentilissime e disponibili. Hanno una ampissima varietà e scelta di tutti gli articoli che servono per mamme e figli e ti accompagnano nella scelta migliore da fare.
Vi consigliamo vivamente di affidarvi a loro e la vostra famiglia ne rimarrà soddisfatta!
