★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occhio al personale, che fanno i contratti a loro piacimento, e utilizzano la scusa che tu non stessi ascoltando per altri vari motivi, ti fanno firmare contratti che erano stati esposti in un altro modo, e dopo, alla richiesta di informazioni che non erano state esposte in quel modo, si giustificano dicendo, che io non stessi ascoltando

Anche TROPPO paziente ed educato.. purtroppo alle volte non si capisce che quei ragazzi non possono fare da 190 perché non si riesce a parlare con gli operatori.. Consigliato fortemente.. Prezzo chiaro e le fatture tornano con la spiegazione data..
Exceptional staff .. Prepared and very helpful .. Also TOO patient and polite .. unfortunately sometimes you don't understand that those guys can't do 190 because you can't talk to the operators .. Strongly recommended .. Clear price and the invoices come back with the explanation given ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho firmato un contratto con loro per il servizio di Internet con il loro sistema FWA. non abbiamo sentito nulla dopo due settimane e ci è stato detto che sarebbe passata un'altra settimana per l'arrivo del modem. dopo un mese è tornato per sentirsi dire che avevano detto che il mio contratto era stato annullato ma senza motivo. ho detto che avrei potuto avere un nuovo contratto ma a un prezzo più alto poiché l'accordo che ho firmato e a cui mi sono impegnato non era ora disponibile. Il gestore completamente inutile servizio molto scadente e Vodafone dovrebbe essere imbarazzato con il loro servizio clienti.
I signed a contract with them for internet service with their FWA system. we didn't hear anything after two weeks and were told it would be another week for the modem to arrive. after a month he returned to be told that my contract had been canceled but for no reason. I said I could have a new contract but at a higher price as the deal I signed and committed to was not available now. Completely useless manager very poor service and Vodafone should be embarrassed with their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già Vodafone è troppo cara per quello che offre, può avere una clientela di età media 106 anni per i prezzi che ha in confronto alle tante compagnie emergenti del settore, in più questo storie ha un servizio pessimo e poco chiaro. Ragazze giovani che probabilmente non sanno neanche di cosa si stia parlando. Ci sono tanti lavori al mondo, provate altro, consiglio spassionato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store che fa recensioni false per attirare clientela. Avevano 2.5 di media, adesso hanno 4.3 (guardare le ultime). Andato oggi per una Sim Smarrita mi hanno fatto attivare una nuova promozione, millantando il fatto che avrei speso 27 euro invece che 32 “risparmiando” 5 euro e non dicendo che avrei avuto entrambe le promozioni attive. Quando gliel’ho fatto notare mi ha risposto “eh ci siamo capiti male” EVITATE QUESTO NEGOZIO COME LA PESTE. Aspetterò un mese poi disdirò tutto con Vodafone e con questo Store.
