In seguito al cambio in garanzia, dopo un paio di settimane è successa la stessa storia-l'articolo è diventato inguardabile. In più, il crocifisso non presentava nemmeno un punzone del produttore! Alla seconda restituzione il personale ci ha proposto la riparazione del gioiello al costo di 10 euro, che secondo noi non è giusto (anche secondo la legge). Se per un articolo venduto come d'argento, dopo un periodo corto di tempo è una cosa normale arrivare in questo stato giudicate voi... Ich Kaufte mir selber 2 Uhren, mit deren Qualität ich bisher sehr zufrieden bin. Preis Leistung ist gut. Eine Garantie gibt es auch auf die Produkte. Sollte ich mal wieder in Italien irgendwann sein, und natürlich auch in dieser Region, komme ich gerne wieder. The service was very good. Even if the staff didn't speak perfect English, (by the way, neither did we: D) they always tried to sell us something suitable. I bought 2 watches myself and I am very satisfied with the quality so far. Price performance is good. There is also a guarantee on the products. Should I ever be in Italy again, and of course in this region as well, I would be happy to come back.
