La mia recensione di oggi è unicamente dovuta al comportamento di una commessa che non avevo mai visto prima, ma che trovo inaccettabile e degno di richiamo. Oggi pomeriggio mi sono recata a cambiare un mio regalo di Natale e sono stata trattata davvero male, per di più in modo totalmente ingiustificato. Alla mia richiesta di sostituire l'articolo in mio possesso, la ragazza ha alzato gli occhi al cielo, e senza nemmeno guardare lo scontrino mi ha chiesto sgarbatamente in quale punto vendita lo avessi comprato. Appurato che l'oggetto era stato comprato lì, in modo scocciato mi ha chiesto quindi cosa io volessi, per poi servirmi in modo sbrigativo dopo che, indisposta, le avevo risposto un po' a tono. Capisco il periodo e la situazione complicata che siamo costretti ad affrontare, ma proprio per questo motivo credo che comportamenti di questo tipo siano un'offesa non tanto a me cliente, ma piuttosto a tutti coloro che non possono lavorare e che darebbero oro per avere l'opportunità di farlo seriamente e in modo rispettoso.
