★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione, se dovete fare una portabilità evitate questo centro, aggiungono costi inventati rispetto a quelli standard, come ad esempio sim 10€ (invece è 10€ ma con 5€ di credito incluso), costo dell'offerta 13€ (successivamente il call center mi ha confermato che era di 6€) e inserendo altri costi che hanno portato il cambio operatore a 40€.
Purtroppo ho potuto verificare solo in un secondo momento che un negozio a 2 Km da questo mi avrebbe fatto risparmiare quasi 20€ tra passaggio e stesso credito residuo sulla nuova sim.
Attention, if you have to make a portability avoid this center, they add invented costs compared to the standard ones, such as sim 10 € (instead it is 10 € but with 5 € credit included), cost of the offer 13 € (subsequently the call center confirmed that it was € 6) and inserting other costs that brought the operator change to € 40.
Unfortunately I was able to verify only at a later time that a shop 2 km from this would have saved me almost € 20 between passage and the same residual credit on the new sim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stata non molto tempo fa in negozio ad accompagnare una mia cara amica..... sinceramente non so come lei non sia scappata subito... siamo entrate e l'accoglienza del ragazzo è stata molto gentile, abbiamo chiesto alcune info, il ragazzo ha cominciato a parlare quando ad un certo punto si scaraventO verbalmente su di noi un signore (credo il titolare) che ha preso possesso della conversazione asserendo che NON CONVENIVA FARE quello per cui eravamo entrate, a quel punto il ragazzo ha fatto un passo indietro anche perchè sono entrati altri clienti e noi siamo rimaste li.... beh per farla breve dopo un paio di minuti che il signore parlava SIAMO USCITE DA LI, ci siamo recate in un altro negozio ed abbiamo concluso quello che volevamo fare ovvero AVERE LA FIBRA A CASA!!!
I was not long ago in the shop to accompany a dear friend of mine ..... I honestly don't know how she didn't run away immediately ... we entered and the boy's reception was very kind, we asked for some info, the boy began to speak when at a certain point a gentleman (I believe the owner) verbally threw himself on us who took possession of the conversation by asserting that IT WAS NOT FORWARD TO DO what we had entered, at which point the boy stepped back also because other customers came in and we stayed there .... well to make a long story short after a couple of minutes that the gentleman spoke WE EXITED FROM THERE, we went to another shop and we concluded what we wanted to do or HAVE THE FIBER AT HOME !!!
