La consiglio vivamente sia per viaggi di piacere sia per partecipare a maratone in giro per il mondo ?. ?? Agency . Used for the first time on the occasion of the Valencia marathon last 2 December together with two friends, the organization of the trip was perfect in every detail, both as a location and as a pre and post trip assistance. I highly recommend it for both pleasure trips and marathons around the world ?. ?? Agency.

Tutto molto semplice e massima cordialità in fase di vendita di contratto, ma.... nel momento in cui, x cause ancora ignote, il tour operator ha annullato il mio viaggio prenotato e già interamente pagato mesi prima, la super agenzia non si è minimante interessata nel farci (eravamo in 8 persone) riavere i soldi o nel proporci altra soluzione. Dopo varie difficoltà abbiamo personalmente risolto tutto inviando al tour operator anche documentazione già in possesso della "vivi e sorridi". Come se non bastasse, ottenuto il rimborso(Non totale) scopriamo che la percentuale trattenuta dall'agenzia e x questo mai rimborsata era davvero tanto alta rispetto a quello che ci era stato detto: su un costo complessivo di 4200€ l'agenzia ha trattenuto 750 € più altri 240€ (30€ a persona)dati in fase di contratto e mai ancora fatturati .. NON È UN PO TROPPO??? E perché non è possibile recuperare INTERAMENTE i soldi dati per un viaggio di cui non abbiamo usufruito e no per causa nostra??? Sarei curiosa di sapere a cosa sono serviti i 990€ se non siamo partiti!!! Little serious and unreliable agency! As if that wasn't enough, after getting the refund (Not total) we find that the percentage withheld by the former agency that was never reimbursed was really high compared to what we were told: on a total cost of € 4200 the agency retained 750 € plus another € 240 (€ 30 per person) given during the contract and never billed yet .. IS NOT A LITTLE TOO ??? And why is it not possible to FULLY recover the money given for a trip that we have not used and not for our sake ??? Premesso che il saldo la ricevuto un mese prima.sconsiglio a tutti di affidarsi a lui. Avevo prenotato, attraverso questa agenzia, un viaggio di fine anno per Sharm, organizzato dal tour operator Balkan Express, ma a pochi giorni dalla partenza il viaggio è stato annullato dal suddetto tour operator. Il seguito è stato inaspettato. L'agenzia che avrebbe dovuto tutelare i miei interessi non si è degnata minimamente di aiutarmi ad affrontare tale situazione. Quindi ho dovuto affidarmi ad un legale per il rimborso. Ma non è finita qui; sono riuscito a recuperare dall'assicurazione del tour operator parte della quota versata perché l'agenzia vivi e sorridi senza aver fatto niente si è intascata il 35% della somma totale. Oltre 100 euro per cosa? Eppure sul contratto firmato era espressamente indicato che nel caso di annullamento del viaggio, il cliente aveva diritto al rimborso totale della somma versata, anche per la presenza di un fondo di garanzia. R	Raffaella de sylva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta all' agenzia per un viaggio in Albania presso Durazzo. Pacchetto comprendeva viaggio in nave ed appartamento in hotel. Mi sono trovata abbastanza bene e non ho avuto problemi. In hotel qualunque richiesta era esaudita in breve tempo. I turned to the agency for a trip to Albania at Durazzo. Package included boat trip and hotel apartment. I found myself quite well and had no problems. In the hotel, any request was granted in a short time.

Il titolare molto carino e molto disponibile nella prima fase di scelta pacchetto.. Ho acquistato il pacchetto sharm el sheik per capodanno 2017/2018. Sembrava tutto perfetto. Addirittura allo stesso costo ci era stato cambiato hotel con uno di qualita' maggiore. La partenza era prevista il 28 dicembre, il giorno 26 dicembre NON tramite Vito ma tramite dei post su facebook scopriamo che il tour operator ha annullato tutto! Non colpevolizzo l'agenzia per quanto accaduto perche' per carita' non c'entra nulla con la cancellazione ma affidandomi ad una agenzia, pagando delle commissione spero che sia lui a intermediare con il tou operator per il rimborso, e invece abbandonati a noi stessi. Ho dovuto mettere a mie spese un avvocato e a mie spese aprire la pratica per il risarcimento. Ottenuto finalmente dopo 6 mesi un rimborso da balkan ovviamente parziale il caro sig.r Vito non si e' degnato di contattarci per avvisarci del rimborso e che lui si stava trattenendo qualsi il 35% del nostro denaro poiche' a detta sua sono soldi che spettano all'agenzia.. noi stiamo andando a fondo a tutto cio perche' che lui si trattenga una somma al di sopra delle aspettative quando non si e' interessato minimamente al nostro risarcimento a me non sta bene. I do not blame the agency for what happened because for charity it has nothing to do with the cancellation but by relying on an agency, paying commissions I hope that it is he who mediates with your operator for the reimbursement, and instead left to ourselves . I had to hire a lawyer at my own expense and open the case for compensation at my own expense.
