P	Paolo Grassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con l'avvento di internet e le prenotazioni on-line sembrava che le agenzie di viaggio fossero segnate da un destino nefasto ma Kailas Vacanze da più di 20 anni, tra mille trasformazioni che il mercato ha avuto, crisi del turismo etc etc è sempre rimasta lì, con i suoni colori e l'insegna sgargiante che sprizza allegria. Il personale, già saldamente formato e cresciuto con essa e difficilmente ho trovato competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità... disponibilità amici, una merce più unica che rara oggi. Si siedono con te, parlano con te, ti ascoltano, propongono, consigliano e non ascolterai mai, neanche per sbaglio una nota che sembri andare a vantaggio loro e non del cliente. Che altro dirvi? Tutto lo staff è composto da veri e propri professionisti del settore, l'agenzia è punto di riferimento dei più grandi marchi del turismo (Costa Crociere solo per fare un nome così). Kailas vacanze è l'agenzia di viaggio che cerchi se vuoi fare un viaggio senza stare a "sbatterti" con un self-service su internet. Andateci e non vi pentirete. Unici neo ( ma lo è di tutte le attività in centro), onde evitare che vi spostino l'auto e soprattutto per poter scegliere con calma e senza fretta, lasciate l'auto a casa, autosilo o garage, posto non lo troverete mai. Santorini è stupenda. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo prezzo, di gran lunga il migliore trovato in diverse agenzie visitate. Grazieeee, ci vedremo sicuramente per la prossima vacanza.
