Compagnia aerea albastar squallida (volo previsto per le 18:40 posticipato alle 20:20 per poi partire alle 21:30). Organizzazione pessima da sconsigliare! I absolutely do not recommend! I have just returned from a trip to Lourdes, hideous Christ-roi hotel amidst stink, dirt and inedible food. Squalid albastar airline (flight scheduled for 6:40 pm postponed to 8:20 pm and then leaving at 9:30 pm). Bad organization to advise against!

Nonostante si è pagato un prezzo alto organizzazione nn c'era per niente, capisco che la guida deve gestire 170 persone ma... I sacerdoti erano presenti come noi, chi li ha visti, a stento hanno detto una misera preghiera prima di mangiare. Hotel eliseo ha perso molto durante questi anni.(puzza e cibo scadente). Mi spiace ma bocciato questo giro, effettivamente se si sta più attenti ci sono altre agenzie che offrono organizzazioni migliori. Nn leggete soltanto e nn ci rimanete male anzi attivatevi x migliorare alla fine x 4 gg a Lourdes vi siete presi sulle 800€ e anche questa volta il santo aereo ha avuto problemi portando 2 ore di ritardo. Just back from a trip from Lourdes (this is the third with them), very badly organized. Although it paid a high price, the organization was not there for nothing, I understand that the guide has to manage 170 people but ... The priests were present like us, who saw them, hardly said a miserable prayer before eating. Hotel eliseo has lost a lot during these years. (Stinks and poor food). Sono arrivata qui spaesata e insicura della mia scelta perché non avevo idea di chi mi sarei trovata di fronte (le esperienze negative sono molto più frequenti di quelle positive) ma sono stata accolta benissimo sin da subito ed è stato questo ad avermi spinta a restare. Ho imparato e sto imparando molte cose nel settore e questo grazie alle capacità e competenze dei responsabili che sono sempre pronti ad indirizzarmi al meglio sull'assistenza del cliente e non solo. Gentilezza e professionalità. Nient'altro da aggiungere se non che mi dispiacerà lasciare questo posto alla fine di tutto. I am doing my university internship at the Eves agency and today I am happy to have chosen this location for my training path. I arrived here confused and unsure of my choice because I had no idea who I would be facing (negative experiences are much more frequent than positive ones) but I was welcomed very well right away and this was what pushed me to stay. I have learned and am learning many things in the sector and this thanks to the skills and competences of the managers who are always ready to direct me to the best on customer assistance and beyond. Kindness and professionalism. Nothing else to add except that I will be sorry to leave this place at the end of it all.
